Murder on the Midway
About This Broadcast
Rocky befriends hungry eight-year-old Billy at a carnival and is suddenly accused of kidnapping him when the boy disappears inside a midway attraction. Chasing Billy through the carnival, Rocky discovers the boy deliberately ran away from his guardian to reunite with his mother, a carnival worker who had lost custody after her husband’s family convinced a court she was unfit. After another brief disappearance and frantic chase, the guardian relents and Billy is allowed to live with his mother.
