Mel insists on repairing Mr. Colby’s brand-new radio and promptly ruins it. He hides behind the set and impersonates broadcasts to conceal the damage until Colby catches him, but Mel’s deciding vote on Colby’s admission to the Zebra lodge gives him just enough leverage to survive the disaster.
