Enemy agents target radar expert George Wallace, first trying to bomb his home and then murdering a captured accomplice before he can talk. The Green Hornet infiltrates the spy ring and makes its leaders believe he will deliver Wallace for a ,000 payoff, then turns the planned kidnapping and interrogation into a police trap that saves Wallace and leaves the agents in custody.
