Land speculator Wally Moran buys up the railroad's planned route through Gopher Valley and then tries to sabotage the alternate right-of-way so the company will be forced to pay his inflated price, but Cisco and Pancho expose the scheme, protect the railroad men, and stop Moran's gang before the project can be wrecked.
