Banker Blake Duncan secretly runs an outlaw gang and tries to frame his nephew Jim for a stage robbery and murder by planting Jim's glove at Red Clay Bend so Duncan can profit from the boy's removal, but Cisco spots the planted evidence, follows the red-clay clue to Duncan's henchman, and exposes the entire scheme.
