Messenger for Death
About This Broadcast
Rocky earns a hundred-dollar messenger fee delivering a mysterious package for fashion artist Laura Chandler, only to be knocked out and lose it. He learns Laura was drugged at a party and made to believe she had shot a red-haired woman, part of a blackmail scheme built around the gun in Rocky’s package. When the supposed victim is later murdered for real with Laura’s weapon, Rocky traces the setup to Laura’s secretary Eve and exposes the frame before Laura can be arrested for the killing.
