Audition Show

In this audition version of the Six Shooter story, a young masked robber steals money and shoots a man during his escape. The trail, the robber's age, and a distinctive horseshoe mark increasingly point toward Sheriff Ed's own son Ben, who has recently argued with his father over gambling debts. Ed continues the pursuit even as he struggles to believe his boy could have become a killer overnight. Britt corners the wounded fugitive at an isolated cabin and survives a gunfight; when the robber is finally seen clearly, he is not Ben, vindicating Ed's faith in his son.
