New York cabdriver Skeeter Mulligan is carried west with Danny Churchill, who turns his father's Arizona ranch into a dude ranch and gambling attraction while courting post-office girl Molly. Local tough Link Sanders fights Danny's operation and a visiting New Yorker creates a romantic misunderstanding, but after Danny is attacked, Mulligan accidentally captures Link and recovers the stolen money; Molly and Danny reconcile while the persistent Frisco Kate claims Mulligan for herself.
