Disbarred attorney Gerstman runs a parole racket that gets dangerous criminals such as Lefty Martin, Potter and Nolan out of prison and back into crime. After the Sentinel attacks the racket and Gerstman threatens Britt, the Green Hornet plays the parolees against their protector, obtains Gerstman's incriminating records and leaves police enough evidence to return the criminals to prison and charge Gerstman as an accessory.
