Former printer Harper Hendrix turns an abandoned mining town into a land swindle by publishing a fake Ghost Town Gazette filled with glowing stories meant to lure buyers into purchasing worthless property, but Cisco and Pancho uncover the fraud, survive an attempt to drown them in the Colorado River, and break the scheme.
