Rustlers Nate Willes and Tim Bolin murder Hank Myers and try to steal the Myers brothers' valuable registered cattle brand by forcing county recorder Morgan Myers to transfer it into their name, while manipulating the sheriff into treating Cisco and Pancho as the outlaws; Cisco turns the mistake around, exposes the real rustlers, and preserves the Myers brand and cattle.
