Former Army officer Major Allen returns to Windy Gulch still carrying the disgrace of being cashiered years earlier, but Cisco reopens the old case, exposes the rustlers whose deception caused Allen's downfall, and helps clear his name so he can receive posthumous military restoration and honors.
