Outlaw Scott Clemons escapes the Arizona territorial penitentiary determined to kill Cisco, setting off a hard pursuit complicated by a young boy who initially mistakes Cisco for the fugitive, but Cisco and Pancho stay on the trail until Clemons is stopped and the boy learns the truth.
