A shipment of diamonds at Robbins and Brown is secretly replaced with cheap zircons and a Green Hornet seal is planted to frame the masked crime fighter. When Brown is murdered after learning too much, Britt sets a trap with anonymous notes; police arrive in time to hear Robbins trying to kill clerk Carl Johnson and confess enough of the robbery to expose him as the thief and murderer.
